SaaS and MVP development: from idea to a first useful version
I design and build SaaS products and MVPs for founders, SMEs and agencies in Morocco, France, Belgium and worldwide. You work directly with me, from clarifying the need to launch, with FalconDeev.
Who is it for?
For founders who want to test an idea without spending months building it, and for companies that want to turn a business process into an online product: user accounts, subscriptions, dashboards, automatically generated reports.
The problems this service solves
- A product idea, but no certainty about which features to build first.
- A prototype that has to be rewritten as soon as the first users arrive.
- A budget and timeline that drift for lack of a clear scope.
- User accounts, roles and payments that must be secured from day one.
- A provider who disappears after delivery.
What is included
- Defining the first version (V1): what validates real usage, nothing superfluous.
- A solid architecture, for example Next.js / React or Laravel, with a robust API.
- Secure authentication and role management.
- Payments and subscriptions (Stripe) when the product needs them.
- An optimized database and clean migrations.
- Practical AI integrations, such as automatic report generation.
- Access to the code and to a staging environment throughout development.
How the project runs
- 01
Clarify
We define your goals, your users and the first version that is genuinely useful.
- 02
Architect
I define the user journeys, the page structure and the architecture before building.
- 03
Build
Development moves in visible stages, with regular demos and a staging environment to validate each change.
- 04
Launch
Testing, deployment, performance checks, then support for your first users.
Timeline
An MVP or a full SaaS, with a back end, a database and payments, usually takes 6 to 10 weeks depending on the agreed scope. DivinDeep, a multilingual psychometric SaaS that generates reports with AI, was delivered in 6 weeks. A landing page or a showcase site takes more like 2 to 4 weeks. I limit new projects to 5 per month.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build an MVP?
An MVP or a SaaS with a back end, a database and payments usually takes 6 to 10 weeks depending on the agreed scope. A landing page or a showcase site takes 2 to 4 weeks on average.
What is the difference between an MVP and a full SaaS?
An MVP is the first useful version of the product: it contains only what is needed to validate usage with your first users. A full SaaS then grows with more features, subscriptions and admin tools as feedback comes in.
How do we define the first version of my product?
During the discovery call, free and with no obligation (30 minutes), we clarify your idea, the highest-leverage first version, the technical architecture choices and the best budget to reach your launch goals.
Can you add AI to my product?
Yes. DivinDeep, for example, turns Big Five questionnaire answers into personalized reports generated by AI in under 15 seconds. I also integrate agents and language models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) when they help the product.
What happens after the site goes live?
Every project includes a warranty period, technical monitoring and support. We can also set up monthly maintenance so the product keeps evolving with your users’ feedback.
